Welcome to Shady Grove Doodles!!!!

I am Andrea Johns, owner and breeder of Shady Grove Doodles. We’re located in Central Florida, near Melbourne. However we are able to ship puppies throughout the US with the service of our flight nanny. I’m currently breeding Multigenerational Australian Labradoodles. I’ve been a breeder of doodles since 2014. It has always been my passion to breed since I was a little girl, but it wasn’t until 2010 that I stumbled across the doodle breed, and I began to research and read about their temperament and personalities. My husband and I both loved the golden retriever breed but the shedding was just too much to handle, so after doing research I knew the doodle breed would be the best for us. I begged and pleading with this guy for months and he finally caved and got us our first doodle puppy, and of course she won us over with her wonderful temperament and intelligence. She has been by my side through our very first deployment, and through the heartache and pain from our infertility journey. She is truly my best friend and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect family member. Since then we have expanding our family with a few labradoodle girls that also has the perfect temperaments but also well balanced conformation of the breed standards which is very important to our program.

We are committed to providing healthy, loving companions. Our top priority is to produce the healthiest, best temperament and personality of this amazing breed. We do extensive health testing on all of our breeding dogs. The testing ensures you are receiving a quality pup with no life-threatening illnesses or diseases. I ensure that our Doodles receive proper care, training and that all socialization requirements are met. We also work closely with our repro veterinarian and regular vet to ensure proper health and breeding techniques are utilized. Our health testing is conducted through Embark/Paw Print Genetics, OFA and eVet. We want your new fur baby to have his/her best HEALTHY life with you. We want to ensure we do EVERYTHING possible to make that happen!

All our dogs live in our home as pets, we do not outdoor kennel our dogs , to maintain the number of dogs we have in our home we utilize our Guardian Program, with this program they will be able to get the love and attention they all deserve. I put all of my time and energy into our dogs and puppies and make sure they’re all getting the best of care. Our puppies are socialized from the very beginning with children and other dogs. I always say for you to have a well balanced puppy, everything needs to start at the breeders home, so I try my best to start these puppies out on the right path. I work with each puppy individually everyday, starting with ENS, following Puppy Culture and getting them started on crate training and basic obedience.
